Weichert New Homes and Arcon Development LLC announced that the Cambridge Grande model is under construction in Camelot at Jackson, a new home enclave in Ocean County. The new model offers amenities and is crafted using energy-efficient construction methods and materials.
Four homesites remain in the community, and homebuyers can choose from models set on wooded and landscaped properties of approximately 3 acres.
The Cambridge Grande model is a four bedroom, three-and-one-half bath home offering nearly 5,000 square feet. A two-story foyer with an angled oak tread staircase and a two-story family room add to the first floor features. The study/library is located at the rear of the home. The highlight of the family room is a two-sided gas fireplace that opens into the wet bar/gameroom. A gourmet kitchen includes a center island, a dining area, and a butler's pantry.
The upper hall has open views of the family room and foyer. The master suite has a tray ceiling in the bedroom area and a sitting room with an extra volume ceiling. The suite also features a walk-in closet and a master bath with a seperate soaking tub, a shower and a double vanity.
